Alleppey

It is situated in the western ghats of the district of Idukki and is renowned for its major tea plantations. The Wayanad District is on the high altitude of majestic Western Ghats, situated in the northeastern part of Kerala. Calicut is the place that Tipu Sultan of Mysore lands and is part of Tipu Sultan of Mysore ceded to the British East India Company.
